Oamaru Movie World 3's theatres are suitable for small and large groups and can accommodate your meeting, conference, presentation and DVD screening needs.
Theatre hires should not be confused with a private movie screening. If your group would like to see one of our current movies in a private screening then you do not need to hire a theatre - instead just contact us to arrange a suitable time and movie. Plus groups of 10 or more qualify for our group discount!
If instead you have a DVD movie of your own or need a venue for a meeting or presentation then a theatre hire is what you require. Our theatre hire charges include full use of our DVD projection equipment and the projectionist to operate it.
Catering
A catering service is available ranging from tea and coffee facilities through to hot finger food. The cinema is licensed (including the theatres) and has a selection of wines, beers and premixed drinks. In addition the full range of shop products is available (snacks, drinks etc).
Please note that unless prior arrangements are made any food or beverages consumed on the premises must be supplied by Oamaru Movie World 3.
Other services
We have a lectern available for your use plus the hire of other equipment (computer data projector, public address system) can be arranged.
