Your message is presented on the big screen using 35mm slide technology. Accompanied by background music, your slides are displayed 10 minutes before the start of each movie screening. Each slide is displayed for 10 seconds, the entire presentation may also repeat during this time depending on the number of active advertisers at the time.
A minimum of 3 slides are required however we request that 6 slides are supplied so that any spare slots in slide protector carousels can be filled - there are no additional charges for these extra exposures to your advertising message.
Oamaru Movie World 3 can manage the production of your slides (from design through to printing) or you can arrange this yourself. There is a one-off charge of $90 (GST excl) if we are engaged to produce the slides on your behalf.

Movie World 3's website is our primary vehicle for communicating with the movie going public of North Otago. The website displays the movie schedule valid for the next 7 days. In addition the website displays information about each movie including the very popular links to movie trailers. The website receives on average a massive 100,000 hits per month. And this average continues to grow.
We drive traffic to the website every week through our email newsletters which are sent to approximately 900 people. During the school holidays this number swells to more than 1200 with the addition of our Kids Club.
Advertisers can take advantage of this very popular local Internet destination by purchasing a banner advertisement which is displayed on the home page of the website. Optionally, when clicked, the banner ad (120 x 90 pixels) can take the viewer to your website (and if you don't have a website yet our our website business partner offers entry level websites starting at just $500).

Every week Movie World 3 prints and distributes in excess of 500 copies of our professionally developed Movie Newsletter. The newsletter contains the movie schedule for the current week along with descriptions of all the movies being played. They are very popular with people regularly stopping in on a Tuesday to pick up their copy for the coming week.
Our movie newsletters are distributed both at the theatre and through a number of outlets around town. In addition a special edition of the newsletter is delivered to a majority of the Motels in town offering unique access to tourist and business visitors.
In addition to our movie information our newsletters offer an advertiser the opportunity to present their message to the people of and visitors to North Otago. Advertisement spaces are 5cm wide by 2 cm high in size (multiple spaces can be purchased if more space is required).
